Yes. You will need to get the forms from the Benefits Agency before I can see you. You can contact them on 0800 917 2222. I am unable to see people without an appointment, so please book in advance.

Yes, we are now able to take on appeals cases. We will support you from the initial reconsideration letter, right through to the tribunal.

Yes, form fills are free of charge but due to the time it takes to deal with an appeal, we ask for a donation of £80 if we are successful at tribunal.

Not at the moment, you will need to book an appointment at the office on Pride Park or drop in at our centre on Babington Lane for general advice.
